Sales or customer service experience is a plus

Comfortable working in a remote, commission-based environment
Experience
Interest in obtaining a Mortgage Loan Officer license (NMLS) in TX and/or LA
Bachelor’s degree preferred – In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
No prior mortgage experience required – we provide training and guidance
Background in sales, finance, customer service, or real estate is beneficial but not required
Must be willing to complete the required pre-licensing education and pass the NMLS exam
Learn the fundamentals of mortgage lending and industry regulations.
Assist clients in understanding home loan options and the loan process.
Develop relationships with homebuyers, real estate agents, and industry professionals.
Work closely with experienced Loan Officers to gain hands-on experience.
Receive guidance, mentorship, and training to pass the NMLS licensing exam.
Transition into a fully licensed Mortgage Loan Officer with strong earning potential!
