Blue J Mortgage is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to build client relationships, assess financial profiles, and guide borrowers through the loan process. This remote role offers flexible scheduling, top-tier training, and a competitive commission structure. Candidates must have an active MLO license in TX and/or LA and strong communication skills.

• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer preferred

• Strong understanding of mortgage products, loan processing, and underwriting

• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry partners.

• Evaluate clients' financial profiles and recommend suitable mortgage options.

• Assist clients through the loan application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.

• Analyze financial data, credit reports, and related information to determine loan eligibility.

• Collaborate with clients and underwriters to negotiate favorable loan terms and conditions.

• Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and regulatory updates.

• Deliver outstanding customer support and guidance at every stage of the loan process.
